Do you offer telehealth therapy?
Yes. I provide telehealth therapy through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. I am licensed to offer online therapy to clients who are physically located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Texas, and Oregon at the time of their session.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Yes. In-person therapy sessions in Philadelphia are available on Thursdays in Center City, Philadelphia. Please let me know when you reach out if you are interested in meeting in person.
What are your fees?
The fee for therapy is $250 per 50-minute session. I also offer a private-pay rate of $175 per session. I accept most insurance plans except Medicaid.
Payment is due at the time of service. Intake paperwork and a credit card on file are required at least 24 hours prior to your first session. I accept all major credit cards as well as HSA and FSA cards.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. I am both an in-network and out-of-network provider. If I am in network with your insurance, we will work together to determine your benefits. If I am out of network, I will provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Do you offer a free consultation call?
Yes. I offer a free 15-minute consultation call. Please reach out through the contact form to schedule. Consultation calls are an opportunity to see if we are a good fit, ask questions, and discuss scheduling availability.
What if I’ve never been to therapy before?
You are very welcome here. I enjoy working with individuals who are new to therapy. I will provide guidance, answer your questions, and offer psychoeducation about the process so you feel supported as we begin working together.

I’m Abby!
I work with clients who identify as high achievers and struggle to slow down and prioritize themselves. Many clients come to me feeling stuck in patterns that aren’t serving them or burnt out from systems they are existing in.
Together we will explore what parts of your life are feeling heavy, the parts of you that you tend to turn away from and the parts of you that are craving to feel more heard and seen.
